How do I return an item?
To request a return, exchange, or report a faulty item, please email: warehouse@customerservice.com with your order number and a brief reason.
All requests are reviewed and handled accordingly by our warehouse team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
How long will my return take to process?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
